Have I Missed Something?

Maybe someone has posted this , and I missed it.....but from what I have read ( and that isnt a whole lot LOL ) but from what I have seen , is that several of the tourneys in 06 will be open to non members as well, as long as they pay the 1000$ entry they too will be able to fight for a chance at the big pay out. And it also looked like those tourneys open to the publice were the bigger payout ones at that.

BUT it did say that the members would be seeded and the non-members would not, and I understand that a member paying only 199$ to enter a tourney is alot better than paying a 1000$ , but still it will offer some of the bigger and so called better names a chance to take home the cheese.

SO it would seem to me , that if there are better players and those more deserving out there, they can still prove it.....the ole put up or shut up thing, I would say.

I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE WITH JAM ON THIS ONE, why not be as hopefull and positive as we can, what do we have to lose......if the tour Goes well, we will all be better off.......and if if fails, we will all be EXACTLY where we are now.....so why not hope for the better , we have ABSOLUTLEY nothing to lose by it....do we?

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? LET ME KNOW :D

Why not look at it this way...

Whatever your standard, there's players out there that will also have to shell out $1000 to play.

For example;

Alex Pagulayan
Oliver Ortmann
Imran Majid
Glen 'Piggy Banks' Rogers
Wu (WPC Champion!)

I think that each event will have PLENTY of takers, why not be one of them? After all, the money's guaranteed. And it's HUGE!

Would you pay $200 or $500 to enter an event if you think you can't do well? So would you pay $1000 for the same reasons if the payout was much greater?

It's a gamble, but aren't they all?

BS
