I was just on fleabay and looked at cases and I have no idea what Im looking at. Im not ready to dump 6-700.00 on a custom case, but I would like to find something in leather with cue protection before style. Are there some brands that people would recommend? I have looked at Instroke but the case I checked out felt like cheap leather. Im sure they make some quality cases but this one wasn't one of them. I think of baseball glove leather when fine leathers come to mind. I don't need custom tooling or anything like that. I am looking for a soft leather 3x6 case. New or used doesn't matter. Thanks for your time.

Instroke makes many different cases. Leather, vinyl, Geo. Have you seen their Buffalo series cases ?

I've always found the Instroke leather a little disappointing too. I think the only good production leather case I've seen are the J Flowers tributes.

I have not seen the instroke buffalo series cases but it is the series that interests me the most. Where can the j flowers series cases be purchased. Any knock off stuff on the old flea bay worth a darn?

I have a vincitore 3x6, and for the the money I think it's great. I had an instroke aND didn't like it , very tight, hard to get the cues out of it.

I have a instroke 3x5 buffalo series and it looks and feels great. I've had it about 4 years and have used leather conditioner on it over time. I also have 2 Dennis Swift cases 3x6 and a 2x4. Contact Swift with a plan on what you want in a case and he will make it. Not that long of a wait and the price is hard to beat! I tell all my friends to stop being cheap and get one of his cases.

I will check on the swift cases. Are the jb cases a better case or just more options? I'm willing to spend up to about 350.00 so hopefully I can find something with some soft leather and good protection. Thanks for the help.
