:confused: HELP contact MOOSEPOOL
CUE DELIVERED THANKS EVERYONE
I bought a Skip Weston cue for $1,450.00 and money cleared into Brandon's account on Sept. 25th, and no cue delivered yet. I have sent many private messages and no return messages. Has anyone been able to contact Moosepool (Brandon)??? Does anyone have a phone number for him?? Or an email address?? I hope he is OK.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What the hell is going on here lately?! First, Rattlesnake's Skip he purchased from Kayjeff has gone missing, and now your Skip from Moosepool!! I wonder if they both live in Bakersfield, CA!

I feel very badly for both you and Rattlesnake.....this lack of communication and non-delivery of paid for items is really just unacceptable!!!!!!:mad:

Just a bump to the top. Anyone have a phone number or know how to get a hold of Brandon aka MOOSEPOOL??? So I can find out if he is OK or if there is a problem?? I HATE being out in the dark especially when I have spent $1,450.00 and now can't seem to communicate with him.

Well, I hope these individuals know that this is not only considered Internet Fraud, but Wire Fraud as well, if funds were delivered electronically. Here in the states, the FBI handles such matters.

Rattlesnake, contact your local authorities....and contact the company you used for the funds transfer, they may be able to get the transfer reversed. Contact your bank as well, and see what their policy is for handling fraudulent transactions. I wish you the best of luck.....I wish I could do more.

Bottom line is there is absolutely no excuse for poor communication. And once the FBI gets involved, these individuals will have FBI numbers assigned to them that will NEVER go away....they will remain in the feds criminal data base forever.

I hope everything works out for all of those who are waiting for cues from moosepool, kayjeff, and scruggsinhand.

Have no worries he is one of my very good friends and will not give you the shaft. Hhaah I guess he will give you 2 shafts. I will try and contact him today. I have seen the cue in person and it is absolutely amazing. He is not a shady person in any reguards. Although he goes out of town often and is busy much of the time. I have his contact info, I will give it to you if I don't contact him in a day or two.

Hope you get it soon!

THANKS for everyone's support. All is well, cue delivered today via UPS. Brandon emailed me with an explanation why it took so long, and cue looks fantastic. For ALL future cue purchases I will always (and recommend to others!!) require a phone number, address and full name, and an email address for contact BEFORE money changes hands. With the amount of $$$ new cues cost today it's nuts to do business without this information. I learned a very valuable lesson with this deal and am happy I didn't get royally burned. Thanks Brandon for the sale. Hope your Grandpa pulls through with God's speed and blessings.

Awesome!! Glad to hear that all things panned out well, John. Sorry to see you had to jump through a couple hoops....and you're right.....everyone should have some means by which to contact your buyer/seller....just in case.

On the flip, though...I'm sorry to hear that Moosepool had some apparent family concerns. That, of course, explains the lapse...and I hope all turns out well for him and his grandfather.

Awesome news, John!! I am so glad it all turned out well for you. You'll have to let me know how you like the cue once you have had a chance to play with it a bit.

Now, if we could only get that kayjeff character to send out Rattlesnake's Skip...

Good news and hope John enjoys the cue.

Also hoping that Rattlesnake gets his cue as well.
