Help ID a table Model "Vintage Paramount"

After unwrapping the rails i found the Peter Vitalie tag, Yeah yeah I know ..... a dumbass move! I should have looked before and THOUGHT i had. I bought it 3 years ago along with 2 other tables. This one has the look that the wife likes and it is built like i like for a furniture type table. The bed structure is very well designed it my humble opinion. One issue i have is the playing surface height (top of slate). It will come in at 29.25". I like 30.50" What is the best way to correct this? MDF or Poplar under the slate backing or lathe out some disc to mount under the legs? Or????
Have searched the net for the model with no luck. Any help on a pic of the table, year made, really any and all info. I am setting it up in my den replacing a 8' commercial style connelly that i've had for 25 years.

Had several more pics but most are 2.2-2.6 mb and this site does not support that size and i don't know how to resize Iphone pics.

No, not mine ... legs, points, pockets ect. All different. This table has "vintage paramount" written on every piece .... must be over a dozen places. Thanks for the effort. Has to be a PV old dealer/NC employee that can point me in the right direction. ?? lol
