Help ID-ing this cue

Hi guys! I need some help identifying or finding anything out about this cue. I got it when I bought a pool table for $150. Needless to say the pool table was garbage and sold it less than a after buying it.

The shaft is around 10mm full ebony. The butt seems rosewood. And the most unusual part of it is that taper on the butt as seen on pics. Thanks in advance!

Chuck Starkey sometimes uses a similar taper. I think he calls it his "boat taper."

He might be a good place to start.
