Help ID old cue

I have an cue that I purchased in a poll hall about 1982. It was sold as an Adams, Jim Rempe special. It has a caricature of him with an afro on the buttcap and his signature between the points. It shows some wear as it was my only cue for 15+ years. I've never seen another and I wondered if anyone can ID it for me. I'd also like to get some idea of its value.

Value 300-600 depending upon finding someone that collects these.

So it actually is an Adams? I wasn't sure at the time 'cause believe it or not I've been lied to in a pool hall. I didn't care who made it then. I liked the way it hit and looked and the price was cheap.
