Looking for help identifying this snooker ball. It's 2 1/8" in diameter, has darts similar to Brunswick Centennial, but these are clearly more round than pointed. But I can't find any reference to BC snooker sets and haven't found any pictures of this ball on the web. Thanks for the help!

Purely a guess here but it could be from a Canadian market set of Centennial snooker balls.

i believe it is an American set, canadian players all know yellow is 2 points. in snooker. i have seen a set of these in st. pete fla. the black was marked 7.

Thank God it’s not purple

2 ⅛” is the correct size for American snooker ball size or 54mm

It’s a Brunswick American snooker ball. They put numbers on American snooker balls as well because we American’s aren’t smart enough to remember the value of the ball just by color alone.

Not sure if you are joking or not LOL
They make standard pool game sets for snooker tables so you can play 8/9 ball, etc... on a snooker table. The pool hall near me with a 12' snooker table has a set. It's not really a set for snooker rather a pool ball set to be used on a snooker table.

Funny story about these, several years ago we were in the middle of a 9 ball tournament. One of the tables got free and two guys went on it to play, they clearly only found 9 balls and to make up the rest of the set for 8 ball they ended up somehow taking the smaller balls from the snooker table. Played for a while without noticing anything was odd till I walked by and noticed something looked off on their table. Walked over and showed them the large size difference. This is a great example of how non-players just have no idea about the game and that no rule or ball color changes will "save the sport" LOL, they are oblivious to it anyway. If someone can play multiple games and not notice the clear size difference, nothing else really matters to them either.
