Looking for some help identifying a table. No name on the table, just a plate with a model and serial number:

I am positive that is a Fisher. I had one for about 4 weeks until I found my Gold Crown. The table was so awful that I burned it in my burn barrel in my back yard, but I still have the slate. The whole table was made from plywood and particle board, it was brand new in 1974, and the worst part is that the rails do not bolt thru the slate. My table was identical to that one except for the braided trim around the edges.
