Sorry, those cueman Martin style pins are modified version of 3-8-10. Guess I’m not much help…Not a cuemaker, but I can help with Google searches

Google CTcueparts. Connecticut cue parts. Part of Jan mfg. They have a 3/8 × 10 aluminum joint screw for $4.24. Not modified. I have bought all my joint screws from them for years. Great products and service. Good luck!
Why can you not use a modified 3/8-10?
All that would be needed to be done is slightly enlarge the hole in the shaft, any cue repair guy could do it in about 2-3 minutes. Otherwise, I believe I have an aluminum standard pin I could part with

Aluminium around .04 oz.
Titanium around .6.5 to .07 oz
