Help me find the maker of this cue..??

I saw these pics of this cue and it's love at first sight......I have heard here and there that his name is Matt White(?) don't really know.........N-E-one have any ideas??

I took your photo and enlarged it,,,IMHO , the signature says 'James White' ,,
,,just an old schoolteacher but I've deciphered worse penmanship,,,LOL, hope I helped....jflan :rolleyes:

He still works out of the Mottey shop. You can contact him there. He is also a member of this forum.
 
Thats Jim White and he makes an excellent cue. He has one of the best teachers in the biz, and they excel at making traditional cues, as well as more contemporary designs.

The signature is James White and, in my opinion, he and Paul Mottey make some of the best looking/hitting cues around. If you wanna go through the web, go to Paul's website. I think its www.motteycues.com
They are expensive, but they are well worth it. Good luck.
