Help me identify Schon Cue

Hoping there are some Schon cue experts in this forum that could help me identify the model of this cue. This is my first cue, and the one I learned how to play on. I bought this used about 15 years ago, and I estimate it is about 18 years old.

I know the points are round, so it was made using a CNC machine. But that is really all of the information I have.

Any help would be appreciated.
