Help me Identify this Vintage Cue

It's called a "La Technique" - French cue from the 1920's. There was one on ebay recently.
 
I saw that one, but it had a wood pin. This cue I have has a brass pin. I did not want to sell it as a La Technique, if it was something else.
 
think runscott is right on the money on this. Perhaps ur cue pin is not original..
anyway not many other makers, if there are any, make it in this way ...

I sold him an older Sampaio "Premier" cue which had almost the exact same style brass pin a couple years ago!

Also, I sold a Sampaio "Apex" cue which had a similar forearm with an extreme taper.
