HELP?? Trying to load pictures

Is there a trick to loading pictures. I've tried twice now. But after I'm done and try to go back and find them, they tell me they are not there.
I'd appreciate any help. I didin't think I was this dumb.

You need to make sure the file size fits within AZ limitations (100k), I believe.

Assuming your starting from 'My Pictures' the process is simple

>if you need to resize your pics
>right click on the pic you want
>click resize picture
>then choose small, medium or large
>ok
>then in your post click 'manage attachments
>browse
>out of 'my pictures' pick the resized pic and click upload and viola you have it in your post.
