Help with Cue Identification: CCC logo.

Does anyone recognize this logo? This particular one has a one-piece butt that has been coder. No weight bolts and bumper was attached with a wood screw. Came with two flat laminate shafts. One is a 12mm player and one a 13.7mm break shaft. The logo is placed just above the butt cap.
