For anyone interested, I'd start with the BBC site (sports/snooker section) and they have further links.

Good resources, videos, interviews, etc. By the way, Steve Davis DOES believe there is such a thing as sidespin transfer after all... Again, check the BBC site and see the frame-by-frame measels cueball video.

Snooker fans, who'll win it?

i'm curious as to why there's such a to-do about sidespin transfer and it's effect when all anyone need do is a super slo-mo of said action.

Was another amazing match between Hendry and Bond, Bond was well ahead something like 7:3, then Hendry (current provissional Number 1) came back to go 8:7 up but Bond tied the match up at 9:9. In the last frame Bond had a simple long black over the corner pocket, Hendry had even unscrewed his cue!!! However Bond went in-off in the side pocket so the tension continued, somehow though Bond kept his nerver to pot the respotted black several safety shots later.

Ronnie will win easily if he keeps his head.
