Herman Rambow cue question...

Guy I work with has this exact cue in his possesion.

Has a signature on the forearm from willie hoppe.

Anyone have an idea of the history of this cue stick? Also, wanna throw a stick in the dark about the value of the cue..

It does have a leather wrap on it that was on it originally...

the cue is a brunswick willie hoppe model.
the leather is original to the cue.
they sell on ebay between $250-600 if they are is good shape.
