I know I'm not the only one who would plunk down good ducats for a biog. or autobiog. of Ronnie Allen. How about David McCumber as the author?

Talked to RA yesterday. Mc Cumber trailed him for years trying to put
something together. It didn't happen. He has a new shot at something
that sounds pretty good. I for one hopes he gets it going. He is a great
story teller and I know we would all enjoy his bio. immensly.
Stay tuned, maybe this time it will happen.

Funny. At first thought I thought you meant R.A. Dyer, author of Hustler Days. And actually, I think he'd be the perfect author for this (a lot better than McCumber, for sure).
