High run of racks 9ball and balls in 14.1 Fund. How do you make it happen?

This is a great idea. How do you make it happen. Theres a lot of knowledgeable people, and people with Pool contacts in this forum. I mean come on, Earl "The Pearl" Strickland posts on here. Is there anything anyone can do to make this a reality. Its seems pretty logical that there should be a reward for for running a certain number or racks in 9ball or a certain number of balls in straight pool. Maybe this would increase the # of Straight pool tournies or get some 14.1 on Television.
