hitch a ride to vf? or a good tourney to fly to

so heres my situation....

i have a roundtrip plane ticket to anywhere in the grouped 48 for free... and nowhere i care to go by myself.... except for maybe a pool tourney!

so... is there anybody going to vf that i can fly to? (pref. close to vf already) and the split gas/food/room with?

if not then does anybody have any suggestions on a good place to fly out to over the summer? tournament wise i mean.

i would really like to hit the expo since it will have the most cues/cases/ etc for sale and goodies to look over.

It's roughly a $45 ride from the airport to the Expo. If you don't know someone that's going to be there, you might want to get a rental car.

You could save the ticket for Derby City. The hotel is right across the street from the airport and the hotel shuttle will also run you pretty much anywhere you want to go in town so there's no need for a car while at Derby. (Derby isn't in the summer but it would be my first choice. Another fun tourney to go to is the BCA invitational in Vegas... that's in May)

Hands down the best tourney I've been to. Literally non-stop pool... when the regular tourney has finished up for the night they have mini tournaments and the action room ALWAYS has a money game being played... it's a pool mecca!

On top of all that, we here at AZB have our own room for members only with a pool table. ;)
