I am thinking that it would be fun to have a Triatholon of bar games (pool, foosball and pinball) at my home with some of my buddies once in awhile.
The problem is that my friends have a wide variety of abilities with only 2 or 3 of us that are any good in all 3 games.
What I need help with is how to make things fair for all who enter from the very first time we have the game night. In other words, I'd like to honestly be able to say that anyone, regardless of ability could come away a winner.
So how would you guys handicap the 3 games and make it fair to all from the start?

Note: I was thinking along the lines of...
Entry Fee: $25 entry fee -- payout $75 to overall winner, 2nd and 3rd places get some kind of gift, maybe a Music DVD for 2nd and a Music CD for 3rd ( one of my buddies sells unusual and hard to get classic rock CD's and DVD's)
Pool -- single player breaks and runs until missing. Maybe add some excitement with lucky ways to add or subtract from your run score.
Foosball -- ??? Kinda drawing a blank here
Pinball -- Everybody thinks they can play so probably no handicapping on this one.
