Honorary Cues

Needs the 2
About six months ago a room in NYC where I spend a lot of time (and money, unfortunately ) gave me a an honorary cue that I can use any time I'm there. It's nothing special, just a cheap Players-style cue with a nice tip that they keep in a special rack behind the desk, but I really appreciated the gesture.

The cool thing is: if I get the itch to play but don't have my personal cue on me, I ALWAYS head over to this room, because I know I'll have a decent cue to play with. They also maintain the tip and replace it for free whenever I ask. It makes me feel pretty special when i walk in to be handed a cue... it definitely increased my loyalty to them in a market that has a lot of competitors.

Is this something you'd consider doing in your room or something similar? They definitely got their money's worth out of that gift to me.
