How do you cope with fatigue?

Staying Awake

i just smoke like a chimney and drink as many mountain dews as the bladder can hold... with meals also... (whatever is available) i can stay awake for a long time if the need be... the way i look at it is you'll get plenty of sleep when your dead :D
 
Fruits provide the sugar for energy. Natural frutrose is absorbed faster than artificial sugars, and is better for you.

I've found that some OJ helps a lot. It's really difficult to find a banana in a pool hall. I love bananas....

Never stand when you can sit, never sit when you can lay down. Helps reserve your energy when you need it.

Or, you can become the Tournament Director, now there is a stressful 12 hours.
 
Red Bull

I tend to drink Red Bull on ice. I can get quite the buzz to keep ya motivated. It doesn't contain alcohol, but it keeps me going without the caffiene jitters.
