How good was Joe Dan Bileau?

I've heard a lot of stories about him, he owns a pool room in Russellville Ky not too far from where I live. Never seen him with a cue in his hand. Those that remember him playing who would you compare his speed to? I mispelled his last name, it's Bilyeu.

Seen him play a few times in the 90's at JOB's he was most likely past his prime then but id say he was an a+ player then not as good as a hennessee or a Josh O'neal but good enough to beat anyone if he was on his game.
