How to clean the leather wrap?

Hello all,

I have a beige leather wrap (I think real lizard?) and it's starting to get a bit colored from all the playing over the years.
I was wondering what's the best way to maintain/clean this?

I've tried cleaning with a slightly dampened towel but it didn't work well.

Thanks for all the advice!

Looks like embossed leather to me, but it's important to figure that out as reptile leather need special cleaning products.
If it's regular embossed leather, use a leather cleaning product and a sponge or clot, then use a leather conditioner.

I had some lizard wraps that did dent really get dirty. They just started to feel like they were drying out

Thanks for the tip! I will attempt with a leather cleaning product first. Hope it removes a lot of the grime.
