I bought some stuff from Nielsens's Billiards online through ebay. I had made an error in my purchase and called them directly. The service was fantastic. They fixed MY error and processed the transaction without any problems. Great product, great price. great service.

agree with everyone on here.....Joe is the BEST. He is just over an hour from me (in Springfield IL), and I stop in Nielsens just about everytime I drive that way. :thumbup:
