How to Contact Roger at Volturi Cases?

Hi all,

Does anyone have a more effective way then email to contact Roger at Volturi Cases?

I have a case on order with him, that was supposed to be complete last week. Over the last 5 days, I've sent two emails requesting status, photos, or any update, really. However, I have not heard back from him.

In my personal dealings with Roger, he's always been quick to reply to email, so this does not seem typical of him and I hope everything is OK. That said, I really do need an update on my case, which is now overdue.

If anyone can help me get in contact with him, it would be much appreciated.

I communicated with him via Facebook and personal messages. When I got mine I did not find him to communicate extremely well. It was slightly delayed and didn't get ALL the pictures I was told is get. That said, he did deliver one hell of a case. So, from my dealings, what you've described is just par for the course.

Have you tried contacting him on facebook?
That way you can see if he has read your message, even if he does not respond.
 
I am not on Facebook, so I haven't contacted him there. This is my 2nd case with him and our contact has always been successful through email, so I didn't ever think about a secondary method until now.

I'll see if I can have a friend reach out to him for me.

Thanks for the quick replies. If anyone else has an idea other than Facebook, please chime in.
