How difficult is it to change the rubber on a table? The rubber is very hard and we get no rebound (2 1/2 rails side to side). We get a very loud "thunk" sound when we hit the rail. Is it as simple as cutting the rubber off of the rails, sanding, gluing and cutting the excess off? What kind of glue do you use? I don't consider myself a table mechanic, but I have covered many tables in my pool room and for other people. Just never faced this dilema.
