huebler cue, what model?

here is a huebler i rescued from a pawnshop. anybody know the model # and an approximate value? i think this was made in the 80's but not sure anybody know when these were being produced?

It's a Model # H-A. I have a 1988 price sheet and the cue retailed for $387.50.
