I would like to hear some of the humorous stories about
how some of you became collectors of cues, and other equipment.

When was the day, you said to youself, "Okay, I am a collector now,
not just a player".

Why didn't you sell that old one after getting the new one?
What was the biggest goof up you made collecting or the best bargain?

And how has it impacted your life, like with your wife or girlfriend ... lol

I don't really want to collect cues, but I seem to have this thing for
jump sticks and cases, and the only thing that keeps me from becoming
a 'collector' now is money ... <grins> otherwise, I probably would really
get the 'bug'.

It all started as a kid trying to get every baseball and football card in the entire set. It was an obsession to have them all, either by purchase, trade, or flipping and trying to win what you didn't have. (although in my quest to get about 5 more cards that I didn't have...Ken Kubia wiped my ass out of my entire SET)

It hasn't impacted my life one way or another...F*#K 'EM, it's none of their goddamn business!!
