It is a Taig microlathe with a longer than nominal bed.

Looks to have a bunch of Nylon or Delrin bushings to fit shafts of various diameters.
Looks to have part of the Milling Attachment.

Check the headstock to see if the ball bearings are still in good condition.
Grab the chuck in one hand the bed in the other and wiggle the chuck to see if you can detect any movement other than rotation.

I bought a std Taig microlathe more than 25 years ago new for $250.
Price appears to be more than a bit high

I saw this ad this morning as well 🤣 did some research on it and found the price a little steep, like everything else posted in the last couple years
