Ever year for the last 10 years, I go the BCA Nationals in Vegas every May.
And every year, I come back weighing 8-10 lbs. more than when I left.
At home, I normally only eat one good meal a day but out in Vegas, I pig out. Grabbing a meal at Katy's or the food court in the Riv between matches or at 2 a.m. in the morning. Then, in the evenings, everyone gangs up and goes to some restaurant on the Strip.
I'm not much of a drinker, but in Vegas, it's free drinks while you're gambling and I guess I'm a sucker on that one. I'm sure that doesn't help the waistline either.
Problem is I haven't lost the last 10 lbs. from last year. I keep thinking if I don't get serious about losing the weight before I go again, when I lay out by the pool to catch some rays, they'll keep trying to roll me back into the water. LOL
Anyone else have this problem?
