I inherited a Meucci MO11 how do I test it?

Hi, this is my very first post ever (hope it works out okay)...In searching for information about a Meucci MO11 I came upon this website.

How do you test this cue to see if it is in great condition as far as "roll"? Is it strictly watching the tip when you roll it to see it it comes up off the pool table? Because I did that and it doesn't move around at all. However, when you look at daylight under the cue stick there is clearly changes as it rolls.

I would roll both pieces on a pool table seperately and look for any warp. Then roll the cue with it put together and see if you notice any roll or the tip coming off the table.

My opinion is if the tip isn't coming off the table it is fine to play with but I would note any warp you notice if you are trying to sell it and let the buyer know. Some people are really anal about that kind of stuff.
