I know this sounds crazy

First off I think I should say I have not worked in about a month so I am going a little nuts.
I'm also aware that the economy sucks.
I want to open a pool room In San Francisco.....there I said it. This town used to have some thing like Six or seven halls at least one that was 24 Hr. Now we only have two I wont count Julian's* because in my mind a yuppie sports bar in a mall with a few bar tables dose not count. Family billiards on Geary Is packed almost every night with people waiting lots of the time. And even The Billiards Palisade with a location that's not the best its on the out skirts of town and a sort of bad. but completely unjustified rep {I play there all the time have never had any problems and it is run by the nicest family that all ways make you feal welcome} are crowded a lot of the time. Now both places are much slower in the day time its true. But SF is a city of almost 800,000 people, pool is so popular that every one of the billion bars in town has a table and recently Ive noticed that some are trying to jam in a second if they can. The town has historically had a higher saturation. On top of that there is nothing and I mean nothing open 24 Hr. How nuts is it to think that we could support more than the 30 or so tables that are currently in operation?

* disclaimer I would not be caught dead in this place

I want to make perfectly clear that the Billiards Palisade is a pool hall in the proudest tradition. Mister its The Ames of San Francisco. I encourage every one to check it out . The Family billiards ...well lets just say there is where the action be! Both fine establishments! So rack um up and don't be cheap remember to tip.

Hey Andrew,
You will have a problem. SF is very expensive... I would also use diamond tables since everybody else is using Gold Crowns...
There plenty of good locations in the bay area and even in the SJ Valley that are lacking for quality places to play.
