I know, this isn't for sale...but wanted to know if anyone has ever shot or played with a "jackson" s/p and your thoughts on them. stiff, not stiff, finished well, etc. just whatever you can think of
 
Nubs Wagner of Nova cues helped them get started, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson are very nice and professional. He uses a 9/32X18 joint screw into a phenolic insert. I have never hit with one yet.

Local pool room here sells a lot of them.
I have talked to Tony a few times about some refinish work, he and his wife are a pleasure to deal with.
As for hit and playability. Kind of like a Joss.:o
 
Jackson make a nice cue. I have had a few. They have a med stiff hit.I used to have A PURPLE HEART s/p with a metel joint cue played very good.There shafts are good quality and cheap you can order them on the phone I think for like 90 to 100 bucks.
