i need help identifying this cue

Not sure if that's a fancy S or JS initials. Could be the pictures but the shafts look like 2 different tapers and diameters.
A wild guess Jim Stadum, although I'm not sure why it wouldn't be marked Samsara if it was. AND it doesn't look like any I've ever seen. I like the looks and design. I'd like to see a full view of it, do the points , windows and rings all line up?
