IBC Phillipines cup

Hi, anyone know anything about the IBC tour stop in Manilla, I am not a pro but would like to enter this event. I live in Sydney and I want to know if its open to international players. I contacted Ed Reyes but I didn't get the info I was looking for, and the official website doesn't have much up to date info?

Also keen on the Taiwan INC stop if anyone knows about this too?

As far as i know, each IBC Tour is open for all players.
There will be an IBC Tour in my Poolhall in September this year.
But i think it is a little bit, let's say not around the corner for you.
