Can anyone identify the maker and model of this table? I'm pretty certain it's an antique, because of the rail bolt covers.

No name tag/plaque anywhere? Just having skirts with bolt covers doesn't automatically make it antique.

Just guessing here but those feather-looking things could be add-ons. Never seen a table with those on the sides. Almost all older tables have a name plate or tag somewhere.
