Identify This Cue?

My buddy bought this cue a while back after hitting with it although he had no knowledge of the cue's maker. Hits great, solid.

I looked it over and could find no maker's marks or anything that would give us a clue as to who it's made by.

Notice in the pics that a few of the 'ivory' diamond inlays aren't perfectly symmetrical in shape.

Any help in identifying this cue would be much appreciated.

I noticed that I didn't take any pics of the pin or the butt with the cap removed. I'll try to get those in the next day or so.

The joint is a Joss style pin and fit.

Looks a little like an Its George by the joint and butt cap. The ring work doesn't really match up for them though. Is the inlay work clean and straight? The pics make 'em look shabby.

The inlays in the butt are crisp and symmetrical, but the diamond shaped inlays in the points are a bit cockeyed.

The space indetween the miters is so large. It looks to have Prather's inlays rings and forearm and they are and were used by many builders. Korelle or Prather or Briana is a possability.
