i recently called him about a carmeli he had for sale. after talking about the cue for a bit he gave me a VERY fair price for it and i told him i would take it. after sending payment he contacted me telling me he wanted to hang on to the cue for another day or two to fix an imperfection in the butt! he told me there was a small blemish spot that he really wanted to fix. after trying to fix it for a couple of days without removing the wrap he finally called and asked if he could just replace the wrap on it so that he could refinish the butt of the cue better. i said no problem. after refinishing it he put a BEAUTIFULL seamless lizard skin wrap on it and then overnighted it to me. the cue looks and plays amazing. he told me if there were any problems with the finish on the butt to just mail it back to him and he would take care of it. what a guy!
