If you had this cue, would you play with it?

Nah...

I might use it as a break cue or something to keep in the trunk of my car but I like my Schon too much to replace it as my primary playing cue.

Regards,

Ken

nope....some Q's are best left unplayed. this is strictly an investment Q that will go down in price the moment you chalk up.

buy another and play with IT.

It depends on a couple of things imo:

1. Is the price you pay a lot of money to you? If it is, I wouldn't play with it, and I might not buy it.

2. Does the cue play good? It might just be a show peice and not a good hitting cue.

Personally, I think you can get a very good cue custom made to your specifications for a heck of a lot less. I wouldn't pay for a cue like this because I'd be too afraid someone would steal it and I would only buy it if I could play with it.

Hi Rackemup,

Seems to me that everyone I speak with that plays with a Schon
feels the same way! My primary cue is twelve years old. Evan Clarke customized it for me a few years ago. Mike Sigel played with it several months ago after struggling through a local expo with a Predator. His comment was "now thats a real cue!" I wonder how many pro players would choose a Schon if not for the money other cue manufacturers pay them to "play" with their cues. I notice most of them immediately change shaft manufacturers and hide it.

well, i have a minnesotta fats cue which i got for around 50 $, but a month ago, i bought a local cue stick which costs only 600 pesos, its a little over 10 $, but now i use it as my playing cue most of the time, i have won a lot of matches with it compared to the imported one...:D
it all depends on how the cue loves its master...:D
if that cue loves me a lot and will make me a world champion...then its worth it...:D

Heck if i had the money to buy cues in these price range then yeah, i'll even break with it......but if i had to save up for it then maybe just to practice with...
