I'll be in Phoenix...where to practice?

I'll be in Phoenix for a mix of reasons during the Desert Shootout tournament. Now that SixShooters is defunct, where are good places for serious students of the game to practice? I've been out of the pool scene there for a long time.

And maybe I could meet some of you, since I managed to identify almost no one at SBE. I've been described by a couple of semi-pros as a "solid B" player--don't be shocked if I break and run on you, but don't expect me to do it twice in row. I play strategic defense, too. As one put it, "I don't mind playing you because you make me work for the win."

Thanks...

Kolby's Corner Pocket in Tempe is a great place to play. Nice people and great competition.

Kolby's on the east side if you prefer big tables, Alexander's on the west side if you prefer 7' Diamonds, and/or Metro for both 9' and 7' tables.

Also, i would be willing to work for some wins. :)
