The ONLY reason I'm even asking about what I feel is probably just some old cheap cue is that many years ago I saw a picture of a cue on a cue collector page somewhere that looked remarkably similar to this one. I cannot remember the page, the maker that was listed, the value or anything other than the similar appearance.
I gave it to a cousin about 30yrs ago and I just saw it again Friday night. Still incredibly straight and fits together tightly with a great hit. It's well built, if nothing else. I told him I would ask about it.
