I'm putting Simonis in a college bar that gets drinks spilled constantly. What is the best color Simonis to put that shows the least stains?

Table

I don't know if I would go with simonis in a bar that no one cares about the table.... But if you insist..... Spruce, marine blue, slate gray and black are all dark colors that hide stains better than lighter colors but spills are spills.... Simonis has a spill resistant cloth on the market, most of the time bars that get spills on the table goes untreated/ not wiped/ cleaned up. No one wants to man up to a spill when a bar owner or operator sees it happened and asked who did it and why it went without anyone saying something to the bar maid so it can be addressed with a bar towel to get the majority of the puddle soaked up...
I've seen a lot of pub coin-op pool tables with fresh spills and when security or manager asked who did it or how it happened it just a shoulder shrugging fest.

Best of luck'

How about putting up a simple sign that explains the pool table is not a place to rest your drinks and those that that do will be asked to leave and/or pay for any damage caused. 2 of the 3 Diamonds where I play league have large fresh new stains on them. I am not sure why people do not understand that you do not put a drink on a pool table.
