Info on Porper Cue

I have an early Porper cue with a conical joint I think. Trying to find any info on this, maybe a possible year, value? It has porper engraved on both sides of butt cap running vertical not around. Trying to upload pictures but upload keeps failing?

Check the size of your pictures. Could be to big. When I take a picture using my phone, the resolution is around 3100. I have to shrink them down to around 1000 to post them.
