inlay work in Canada?

I would like to have some bone ivory or silver spearheads inlaid at the tips of some points on one of my cues. Can anyone recommend who does the cleanest inlays and refinish work in Canada?

Try checking out eric brissett on fb, he does cnc work but i know he put silver inlays into a nice cue ive seen once. Hes french from Quebec
