You should buy the Simonis install dvds! They show the indexing method there. There are also is a great video by Zach Jonas that shows a ton of information here on youtube:
Do your research and watch the videos! You can easily ruin a good piece of cloth or unsuccessfully install it.

If I were to staple the bed cloth, where would I staple?
Pretty sure you are supposed to do the glue down method on that table. get some 4"x4" lumber and get that SLATE raised up. Best advice I can offer. I have one done one table like that and thats how I did it. Watch the youtube vids.

how is this helping the OP at all?? I can answer that: it doesn't at all.

So there are glue only tables? I would feel staples are going to hold better, but what do I know lol.

Valleys and Diamonds are glue only. Watch the youtube videos. That is definitely a glue down IMO. Its not an easy job. Half assin it will only make you waste time and money.

Looks pretty good! Is the cloth out of the cloth relief area? It definitely is on one of them. You will want to move the staple line back and trim all that excess off. It may not seem like a lot, but having all that bunched up cloth will raise the nose of the cushion.

Yea it is in the groove like you suggest, I should clean it up where bunched. The advice is appreciated, owe you a beer or two if you in the Buffalo area.

Anywhere there is a wrinkle in front of the staples, it will extend upward, as the cloth relaxes. Your pocket facings will show wrinkles.

If I were you, I would remove all staples in the pocket areas, and try again. Start on the cushion side of the pocket opening, and add one staple at a time, while pulling the cloth around the facing. It takes practice.
