Does the blue dot in the I of the instroke case mean anything? I didn't think the old ones had it

In the beginning when I created the instroke logo it was all bubble letters with no fill. Then one of my friends who did some work for me had his brother do a more formal version of my hand drawn logo. When he did that he added the blue in the i-dot and also some blue accents in the letters. I liked it and approved it for use on our letterhead and later for use on the metal logos we did.

Since then the logo has undergone subtle changes and for some inexplicable reason every dealer thinks that they have the right to screw with it as they see fit, to make it all black for example instead of displaying it properly.

But anyway there you go, that's the history of the blue dot.

I recently bought a 3x5 Buffalo, which was made in 2001. Why is it so damn heavy?
