I have an Instroke case 3x7. The shoulder strap has hoops that hold it on the case. Some of it got damaged do to using the shoulder strap. Does anyone know where I can get it fixed?

I have the same case and my handle will be letting go at some point in the near future. I think Instroke will warranty that at any age. A friend told me he sent his in and all he had to pay was the shipping.
