Instroke repairs needed..

I have an older 3x7 that the clasp holding the lid on is loose and the rivits holding the turning button has came loose like someone has took the case by the top strap and swung it around until it loosened up. Anyways the rivets are sharp inside of my two shaft tubes and have marred and scratched two of my shafts because i didnt know this.

Can any case maker repair it and CHEAP?
