I was pleasantly suprised by the amount of information in the Dr. Dave web site: Referee quiz. My questions to the contributing instructors who took the test: What were your scores? And: What did you find most important?

I agree, I think Dr. Dave has a "home run" here.

As each of the P.B.I.A Instructors work their way up the ladder a referee test is required at evey level. Knowing the rules is part of the program.
